Rock legend Chris Cornell of Soundgarden dies ‘unexpectedly’ at 52

Quote:TRIBUTES are pouring in from some of music’s biggest names for rock legend Chris Cornell, after he died in “unexpected” circumstances.

The lead singer of seminal grunge band Soundgarden and later Audioslave died aged 52 on Wednesday night in Detroit.

Cornell’s death was “sudden and unexpected” and his family are in shock, according to a statement released by his representative Brian Bumbery.

RIP man, a part of my youth died today.

I don't remember the name of the band, but I've heard that song.
